Personal data processing policy

1. Introduction

These terms regulate the processing of personal data by COCO INVERSIONES TECNOLÓGICAS S.A.S, with address at Cra. 29c #10 c 125, El Poblado, Medellín, and NIT 901.314.101-2.

2. Data subject consent

By accepting these terms and conditions, the data subject grants their express consent for the Company to process their data in accordance with the provisions of this document.

3. Purpose of processing

The Company will process the data subject's personal data in order to manage client database updates, commercial relationships, send promotional information, conduct market studies, and other commercial activities.

4. Rights of data subjects

The data subject has the right to know, update, and correct their personal information, as well as to request its deletion when they consider it is not being processed in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set out by law. To exercise these rights, the data subject may contact the Company at marketing@cocotech.ai.

5. Data security

The Company will adopt the technical, human, and administrative measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its loss, unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

6. Data transfer

The Company may transfer personal data to third parties that provide services related to the processing purpose, provided that the security and data protection standards established by law are met.

7. Validity

These terms for the processing of personal data will be valid from the moment of acceptance by the data subject and until the Company ceases to process the personal data, in accordance with the law.

8. Acceptance

By accepting these terms, the data subject acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the conditions established herein for the processing of their personal data, in accordance with current Colombian regulations on personal data protection (Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees).
