Robert and Jonathan came together with a clear vision: transforming healthcare access through technology. Inspired by the need to automate manual processes, they created an AI-powered bot capable of managing medical appointments with confirmations via email and WhatsApp. This first step was the foundation of something big, ending the year with 435,063 transactions that showcased the power of innovation.

2020: Answering Humanity's Call

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, Coco played a critical role. With a team of just 15 people, it became an essential tool for scheduling vaccination appointments, collaborating with industry leaders like AstraZeneca and Comfama. Amid global adversity, we achieved 1,019,081 transactions, focusing on saving lives and proving that technology can make a real difference.

2021: Global Innovation Recognition

COCO Technologies was recognized as one of the top 100 most innovative startups worldwide. This milestone affirmed our purpose. As the team grew and our technology advanced, we reached 3,275,809 transactions, solidifying our position as emerging leaders in the HealthTech sector.

2022: Breaking Boundaries

Having established ourselves in Colombia, our company expanded internationally. We entered the Dominican Republic through Preventis and strengthened our portfolio with major clients like Comfama and Maple. Achieving 4,657,203 transactions, we proved their solutions could transcend borders.

2023: A Global Brand Resonates

The growth didn’t stop. The team expanded to 40 members, reflecting trust in human talent. Coco began to shine at technology and healthcare events across Latin America, forming strategic alliances with renowned organizations like HealthTech Colombia and Barcelona HealthHub. By year-end, we reached 9,980,424 transactions, impacting millions of lives.

2024: Leading the HealthTech Revolution

Today, COCO Technologies is more than a company; it's a movement driving digital transformation in healthcare. With a team of 53 and a strong presence in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic, we continue to innovate, connecting patients and clinics efficiently.
